Maintenance worker wanted for construction and property

Do you like keeping buildings in good condition with practical, careful work? WERK Uitzendorganisatie is looking for maintenance workers for assignments across the Netherlands. From small repairs to maintenance during renovations: we look for work where your broad technical experience and neat finishing matter. We match you with locations and tasks that suit your skills and preferences.

Repair with care

For maintenance work we look for tradespeople who can assess a range of defects and fix them practically. You repair woodwork, doors, partitions, sanitary fixtures or small building components. You work independently but know when to consult a foreman or resident. Clear communication is important because you often work in occupied homes and buildings that remain in use.

Work in existing buildings

You can be deployed at maintenance companies, renovation firms and contractors who manage and repair homes or other buildings. Tasks vary by location: a window frame may need repair, a room may need finishing, or a house may have multiple small repair points. In post-war housing and other existing building stock a wide range of maintenance issues come together. That makes the work suitable for people who enjoy solving problems. Every assignment gives you room to apply your broad construction knowledge practically.
