Privacy statement
WERK Uitzendorganisatie B.V. handles personal data of tradespeople, clients and website visitors with care. This privacy statement explains which data we process, why we do so and which rights you have. We use your data only for the purposes described here.
Who is responsible for your data
WERK Uitzendorganisatie B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us via the website, the contact form, telephone or WhatsApp. This means we determine why and how that data is used within our services. We treat your data carefully and take appropriate measures to protect it. If you have questions about this privacy statement or about the processing of your data, you may contact us using the contact options listed on this website.
Which data we process
We may process contact details you provide, as well as information from forms, your CV, work experience, availability and preferences for work or projects. If you contact us on behalf of an employer, we may process company details and information about your personnel request. Which data are necessary depends on your question or registration. We only ask for and use data that are reasonably necessary to make contact, enable placement or handle your request.
What we use your personal data for
We use your data to contact you, to process your application or personnel request and to assess which tradespeople, vacancies or projects match your situation. We may also use data for matching and for carrying out an employment or assignment relationship when one is established. Your data help us to organise agreements and communication around the placement carefully. We do not use personal data for purposes that do not match the reason you provided them to us.
Legal basis for data processing
We process your personal data on a legal basis that fits the purpose of the processing. This may be your consent, for example when you register or provide your data voluntarily. Processing can also be necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract. In addition, we may have a legitimate interest, such as maintaining contact and carrying out mediation carefully. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.
Uploading your CV
You can upload your CV as a PDF, DOC or DOCX file. The maximum file size is 5 MB. Your CV is stored securely, is not publicly accessible and is used internally only for placement. We use the information in your CV to assess your experience, field and availability in relation to potential vacancies or projects. Only upload information that is relevant to your application. If you update your CV later, you can submit a new version or request deletion.
How long we keep your data
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. CVs and applications are deleted once they are no longer relevant for placement, contact or a possible employment or assignment relationship. The appropriate retention period can therefore vary per situation. You can always ask us to delete your data. We will carefully review your request and delete data when there is no reason to retain it.
Sharing with third parties
We share your data with clients or employers only insofar as necessary for placement and always with your knowledge. For example, it may be necessary to share relevant information about your experience and availability when a suitable assignment is being discussed. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. When we share data, we limit it to what is necessary for the specific placement. If you have questions about a concrete disclosure of your data, you can contact us about it.
Your privacy rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to have incorrect or incomplete data corrected. You may also request deletion, restriction of processing or portability of your data. In addition, you can object to processing based on a legitimate interest and withdraw previously given consent. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your privacy request, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
