WERK Uitzendorganisatie B.V. is a Dutch temporary-employment and recruitment agency entirely focused on construction personnel. We work for construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, and renovation and maintenance firms across the Netherlands.
We started out in construction ourselves
We know what it's like to be on site ourselves. Materials that don't arrive on time, shifting schedules, a project where pressure builds at the end of the week — that's not theory to us.
We also know how hard it can be to find skilled, reliable people: someone who knows their trade, arrives on time and can work independently on a project. That's exactly the difference a tradesperson makes on site.
That's why we don't operate like an anonymous temp agency that merely forwards CVs. We speak to tradespeople ourselves, ask about their experience and consider the type of project that suits them.
We understand the practical side and speak the language of construction. You notice it as a client in the candidates we propose, and as a tradesperson in the clarity we provide.
