Bricklayer wanted for shell construction and renovation

Are you a bricklayer who likes to lay a strong, tidy foundation for a building? Through WERK Uitzendorganisatie you can work on shell construction, façade repairs and renovation projects across the Netherlands. We look for assignments that make good use of your sense of bond patterns, plumb and dimensions. We’ll also consider the types of tasks you enjoy doing.

Brick by brick

For masonry work we seek tradespeople who can translate working drawings into a neat wall or façade. You work with bricks, calcium silicate blocks and concrete blocks, check courses and keep openings for frames and penetrations accurate. Experience with repair work is also valuable, since existing masonry requires a different approach than new work. Cleanliness, pace and teamwork make the difference so you deliver visible craftsmanship the next phase can build on.

From foundation to façade

You can be deployed on housing projects, renovation of existing buildings and smaller refurbishments. In shell construction you work on load‑bearing internal walls or façades; in renovation you may repair damaged parts and tie in to older work. Contractors and subcontractors also need bricklayers for various phases. This lets you alternate new build work with precise assignments that preserve the building’s existing character.
