Construction personnel in the province of Zeeland

Building with wind and water nearby

In Zeeland the coast, islands, ports and rural centres shape the types of projects. In Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zierikzee maintenance of existing buildings near the water is a key area. Goes and Terneuzen combine housing with business parks and port activities. Contractors, renovation firms and maintenance teams need tradespeople who work carefully on facades, roofs and finishing under changing conditions—both for small repairs and large refurbishments.

Maintenance and construction on the coast

Carpenters, painters and bricklayers can work in Zeeland on repairs to facades, roofs and window frames. For homes and recreational buildings the emphasis is often on maintenance and neat finishing. New-build and commercial projects also need concrete workers, finishers and all‑round site staff. If you have experience with outdoor work, can work independently and care about materials, you’re valuable to many clients in the province.
