In Amsterdam we’re looking for roofers for maintenance, repairs and renovations on roofs for homes and commercial buildings. You work outdoors, often on existing structures where a careful approach is important. The job focuses on watertight connections, robust material use and safe working with attention to the area below and around the roof.

Maintenance on existing roofs

On roof maintenance you inspect and repair roofing, edges, drains and flashings around upstands or penetrations. On renovations you remove worn components and rebuild the roof with the appropriate layers. Flat roofs require precise finishing so water drains correctly and vulnerable details remain protected. Insulation work and repairing roof edges can also be part of the job.

Safe work at height

WERK is looking for roofers with experience in maintenance, renovation or new roof work who work carefully at height. You can apply for employed positions, temporary assignments or as a self-employed contractor (ZZP'er). Contractors and maintenance companies can find tradespeople through us for repair work or support during renovations. Get in touch so we can discuss the work, your experience and the availability you want. Safety and clear communication on site are a given.
