Painter wanted in Utrecht and surrounding area

In Utrecht we’re looking for painters for maintenance work on houses, residential buildings and a variety of properties. The work requires neat preparation, careful colour work and consideration for residents or users of the building. You work independently on visible finishes, but also coordinate with fellow trades when the job requires it.

Careful maintenance

Painting in and around the city often involves planned maintenance and repair of existing surfaces. You assess woodwork, remove loose paint layers, repair small defects and carefully build up a paint system. Inside that includes walls, ceilings, stairs and frames; outside it’s façade elements and woodwork. You check coverage and colour accuracy as you go. A neat finish and an organised way of working are essential.

Work for painter and client
