About this position

We are looking for a painter for renovation work in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. You will carry out interior and exterior painting on existing buildings, often while residents are present, so coordination with residents and other trades is important.

Tasks

You prepare surfaces, repair small damages, finish caulking and filler work and apply the final coats. You ensure neat masking and protection and leave the workplace clean. You work independently and keep track of progress.

The project

A renovation project in existing buildings, mainly homes and small-scale commercial spaces. Work is done in daytime shifts in a small team of painters with a foreman based off-site.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a painter in finishing or renovation
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing
  • Attention to detail and a tidy work approach
  • VCA-Basic certificate or willing to obtain it
  • Available for 40 hours per week
